Hotel rate:

Hotel reservations:

Reservations must be made by 10 February 2026 via the online registration form. FAI will arrange the booking; a confirmation will be sent 14 days prior to arrival. Accommodation is paid directly by each attendee upon arrival. Parking is available at the hotel for an additional fee. Please note that rooms at the above-mentioned rate are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
