THERE IS NO INSURANCE (but we are working on it, maybe in 2019 will be, but not now - it's not mandatory to have insurance to fly in Latvia)

 What additional coverage does your country recommend (such as medical insurance, search and rescue etc...)?

WE DO RECOMMEND TO ALL THE PILOTS INCIDENTS AND THIRD PARTIES LIABILITIES INSURANCE AND FOR EU-CITIZENS ALSO TO HAVE EHIC (European health insurance card) TO HAVE WITH THEM.
