Yes
What is the minimum legal requirement coverage required in your country?
Third party liability insurance 150 000 euro.
Accidents insurance: at least the minimum established in R.d. 849/1993 4 of June, that determines the minimum coverage for the insurance for federated sportspersons.
What additional coverage does your country recommend (such as medical insurance, search and rescue etc...) ?
Rescue.
Is your NAC prepared to provide a special insurance coverage for guest pilots who do not comply with your national law ?
No, according to international regulations, sportspersons, technical experts and judges who are not Spanish have to adapt their insurances to Spanish legislation in case they do not meet the minimum established by law.
