Plenary 2018 - Proposals and Bids - Last call!
We remind you that December 1st is the deadline for Cat 1 Competitions bids and December 4th, 2017 is the deadline for sending NACs’ proposals that are supposed to be voted at the 2018 CIVL Plenary.

Proposals for the amendments to Section 7 and bids will be added to Plenary Agenda and published on the website on December 19, 2017. Before that, the proposals should be reviewed by the CIVL Bureau and a relevant Committee. They may ask you questions or suggest corrections. Please be available for any exchange with them between December 4th and 19, 2017.
The Plenary Agenda with proposals will be published on CIVL website and the delegates will be asked to study them. The voting will take place at the Plenary on February 3, 2018, in Porto, Portugal.

The bids will be published on CIVL website with the Agenda and the delegates will be asked to study them. The bidders shall present their bids to the Plenary on February 3, 2018, in Porto, Portugal.
Please note that before preparing the bid, bidders should familiarise themselves with the relevant chapters and annexes in FAI General Section and Section 7 of the Sporting Code, and Guidelines for Organizers
