All official meetings during the 118th FAI General Conference will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel. Transfers from the airport to the conference hotel will be provided. Hotel bookings can be made at the time of registration or any time after via registration to the conference, with rates of USD 250 per night for a single room and USD 300 per night for a double/twin room, breakfast included. These rates are available until 19 September 2024. After this date, the organizer does not guarantee the price or the availability of rooms at the conference hotel.

Airport transfer
There will be a welcome desk at King Khalid International Airport. The event organizer will arrange shuttle bus transportation for conference participants between the airport and the conference hotel on the official arrival and departure days, as indicated in the conference program.

- Distance and approximate travel time to the official hotel: 30 km – approx. 40 minutes.
VISA and access for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The Organiser undertakes to make every reasonable effort to provide unrestricted entry to the country for all participants (see FAI Statutes, article 3.3.1., 3.3.2. and FAI By-Laws, chapter 3.1.)
The international visitors of Saudi Arabia from 71 eligible countries can apply for an e-Visa.
If a participant is from a country that is not eligible to apply for an e-Visa, the organiser will issue an invitation letter to support the VISA application. To facilitate this process, the participant will be required to provide:
- a scanned copy of their passport and other required information
- to info@sac.com.sa
Please request the VISA Support Letter as soon as possible, but no later than 19 September 2024.
