As the world governing body for all air sports recognised by the International Olympic Committee, the FAI is responsible for world drone sports.

Driven by the development of easily available technology, drones have been brought tens of thousands of new people into the world of air sports very quickly. In countries across the world, whether it's flying a drone for photography, racing drones, or using drones for business, it is clear that a whole new world of aerial activity is opening up.
