Sebastian Babiarz is Heading Strategic Business Development in AirMap, and believes that the right technology can enable new business opportunity. His role is to identify and evaluate new business opportunities throughout Europe, and he continues to advise and collaborate with regulators and standards organizations as they work to build frameworks for Unmanned Traffic Management, or UTM, in the region.
With more than 12 years of experience in the telecom industry he is passionate about new technology and automation, and how they can improve our lives.
Sebastian was driving innovation within the mobile telecom industry with a focus on Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), and the role they play in a connected society and Internet of Things.
Previously, Sebastian Babiarz held various positions in R&D for Nokia, Ericsson and Alcatel-Lucent mobile networks business.
