Florent Béron
Florent Béron is a corporate strategy expert for Skyguide, Swiss Air Navigation Services Ltd., in Geneva, Switzerland. Responsible for the corporate strategic watch and strategic analysis to the benefit of the Executive Board, he is also the originator and project leader of the Swiss U-space Demonstrator revealed in September 2017 and World Economic Forum (WEF) Drone Innovators Network Demonstration in June 2018.
Most recently, Florent Béron has been in charge of the U-space strategy & business model definition and international relations, preparing the operational deployment of U1 and U2 services by mid-2019. Florent Béron holds an Executive Master Degree in Business Intelligence and Strategy from the University of Applied Sciences of Geneva. He started his career as an air traffic controller, gaining several years of ATC practical experience.
