CIVL Plenary 2019 voted to amend Section 7 12.2.3. Reserve Dates as follows:

‘A Competition Organiser may specify several sets of dates as reserve dates for the competition.’ The rule previously allowed only one reserve date.

It is now possible for organisers to postpone their event in case of bad weather conditions more than once. All reserve dates must be declared when requiring Cat 2 status, ie 30 days at least before the start of the event.

CIVL Bureau decided to implement the Plenary decision immediately (effective March 1, 2019).
