IBD 2024-15, Dynamic Rule change (Solo Speed)

The Chair of the Dynamic Committee has requested that the ISC Bureau make an Interim Bureau Decision regarding a change to point 5.5.2 of the Indoor Skydiving Solo Speed Competition rules.    The rationale for this change was to make the timing of this event more in line with Dynamic 2-way and Dynamic 4-way.  This rule change will take effect immediately to allow teams to train for the upcoming World Championship in Belgium.     The ISC Bureau has unanimously approved this request, and have issued IBD 2024-15.
