IBD 09/2019 - Cancellation of IBD 08/2019 re VFS teams in Eloy

The good news is that we have enough NACs (4) who wish to enter teams for the FAI World Cup of Formation Skydiving in the VFS event - in total 7 teams. The organiser asked the Bureau to reconsider their decision to cancel this event following their conformity to the rules within Sporting Code Section 5. In the interest of the competition, competitors and NACs the Bureau agreed to this request.
