The 61st Coupe Aéronautique Gordon Bennett will take place in Gruyères, Switzerland, from 7 to 16 September.

The competition brings together 21 teams from 13 countries that will try to fly the longest distance, measured in a straight line from the launch site to the landing site, with no time limit.

The take-off of the gas balloons will take place on Friday 8 September.
